Yea I have read alot on that one. It does appear that Tren can help reduce fat. With that said, you are correct Tren is not a fat burner, nor is any other AAS, however Tren raises your temp and you know what that means, it has a thermogenic side affect that could cause increased metabolism therefore maybe help lean you out. With tren while it may work to burn some fat, I would still call it a side effect vs. and effect from the drug.

Tren is an exception. I mean they give tren to cattle to lean them out and add muscle to them. All cattle do all day is eat. Theres not doing any cardio lol. You may say well humans aren't cattle and thats true, but the drug effects them in the same way.

I've run var a lot, and while its a very solid drug, never noticed any added fat loss benefits

I dont remember the last time I read a Var thread that stated var cutted fat off. Let alone enough to make a blanket statement that "ton of misinformation floating around" You got some links to some threads?

why would anyone claim that? it's a very mild steroid and not particullarly androgenic...

I found tren at 150mg ed helped keep me lean(ish) with a serious calorie excess, but it's not magical. I suspect the constant sweating and raised body temp from that dose mean I was burning an extra 100-200 cals a day, but that just speculative.

Bingo! I 'm on it for the first time and the thermo effect i have noticed a slight fat loss in my midsection.

Tren was designed specifically to raise "feed efficiency" in cattle. i.e. That means the cows eat less food, and still grow to slaughter weight. I would imagine that there is some sort of "nutrient partitioning" effect that could account for some of the perceived cutting power of Tren.
