depends on how many years you played. My next door neighbor played 12 years with the Pack and with someone else, can't remember who........he was an O lineman and now coaches the Oline at UA. If I remember correctly, he's pulling around 500k in pension, maybe a little more. I played semi pro with some guys that used to play for him, and they snuck into his office and looked at his papers from the NFL, said it was something around half a mill. BUt he was in for a long ass time.
