Exactly, no wonder.
Were they fucked before Bush 2? What about during Clinton's time? Was it fucked at that time too? I dunno. I thought that Nixon had promise. Clearly, the world is only Obama's fault.
Or maybe they could get sent off to war? Maybe that will help out. After all, they missed their chance to go to Iraq; but there's always a chance that they could go to Iran? Each president gets their own war to play it? Body bags for all.

I don't care for the politicking and kids thinking they understand how government or the fed works, but the student loan shit is getting ridiculous. If you take out 200k for an advanced degree in 19th century african-american women's studies and whine about your job prospects, you deserve to die in a fire.
Then again, the boomers got bailed out for buying houses they couldn't afford because they "didn't feel like" reading the legally binding contract they signed (oh, but it's the lender's fault! STFU), so I can see why recent high-debt young adults are bitching.
That Newt dood talked about moon colonies, so if he can squeeze a pro-CERN comment in sometime, I might actually vote for him. *has never voted before*

False alarm, I thought he was being sarcastic. The world is safe. No can do on Newt. He used to teach at the college I went to (before I got there) and he used get his hair cut at my mother's salon (but not by her) so Newt and I are like this close (fingers way apart).
I vote in this order: Romney - Obama - Paul - Stephen Colbert - Newt/Santorum. I'm all for prayer in school but I don't want the President making decisions because Jebus told him to.

I blame us, and our parents' generations for being short-sighted, and for letting the government get to where it is, and now it's a cancer out-of-control, and only a civil war or second American revolutionary war will save us. The "American Dream" is fake, and that's because we've made it up to be what it NEVER WAS. What I mean, is that it's not about being rich or powerful; it's about opportunity. By changing the dream from freedom to riches, made it fake, and now it's gone. Now we CAN'T work our way from fast-food worker to manager to franchise owner to real estate investor in 40 years, then retire happy & secure at 65. Not gonna happen
. The government interference, taxes, regulations (particularly the business-stopping EPA and enviro-Nazis) have ensured this as fact. Obama can't fix it (as if he even had the smarts to figure out how), and no Republican can fix it, and no Democrat, and no body of government in existence today, can do anything but continue to make it worse. When it gets to the breaking point, it will HURT A LOT, and we will all suffer, and we will not get better 'til that happens, and 'til we accept it and tough it out. The later, the worse it will be. Sorry to be a Saturday-morning doomsayer, but the truth hurts like hell.

In the end, I don't see it as mattering because people will adjust. People will first bitch, but those that can will move to where ever.

this will be my first vote here.... sure as fuck wont be for Obama...

Don't get me wrong. I'm glad that people vote. I do it when it's my time. But I don't see a way out with the people that are running.

That's pretty much my viewpoint... As I said before, the problem began decades & decades ago, and no president would stay in office if they told the truth about how bad it'll hurt to fix this, and there won't be any anesthetic.
