In my college days, i would write her off. Act as if you're no longer interested. Then slowly bed all of her friends and roommates (that you find attractive of course.) I've decided that I'm over her alright. I'm not going to try to be friends with her actually, I've decided. I'm going to attribute all of her success in life to luck, and just move on.

And another thing: if I see her in the hall, and if she doesnt look busy, I will ask her about why she didnt reply to my email, because not replying at all was just plain rude. I'm going to ask her straight up, no matter how awkward it is. Asking her that isnt doing anything wrong, and I dont think it will make the situation worse.

After that I'll just say hi to her if I see her.

Just like you were nervous to ask her, maybe she's nervous to turn you down so she didn't reply. Nonetheless, you shouldn't ask her why... just move on & ignore it. She'll come around eventually & let you know. Right now she might think you're being a bit too pushy & is afraid to reply.
