Mid Nov. I'll be leaving for Basic so between now and then I'll be a bit busy training, moving, and visiting friends and faimly


To all those in DFW I'll be heading up to Ft Worth Thursday night, Dallas Friday night and leaving after a wedding on Sat

To all the Austin Peeps I'll be back in San Marcos Sunday and hitting 6th street up Sat night if I make it in from the wedding

I'll be in Ga from basic through my training school for my communication job for at least 7 months

my basic will be at Ft benning and my training school will be about 50 miles east of Atlanta

To all the GA people I will probably be in Athens in 2 weeks

I made the right choice. College hasn't been working out too well...I was told I scored well on my ASVAB and was given a good choice of jobs. I chose a job in communication and feel that I'm going to get some good training not to mention a better start then most kids who go in out of highschool due to my college hours. I'm going to make the most of this time and eventually while I'm in work to finish my degree

I remember Benning, I took basic and infantry A.I.T. there back in the stone age. You're a lot better off going in the fall than in the summer. Summertime there is miserable. Make sure you report in good shape. That'll help alot. Say hi to Iron Mike for me. Good luck and "drive on!"

thanks for the support. I'm going to volunteer for all the special training that I can while I'm at basic. I'm from houston so hot and humid doesn't seem to be an issue if it flares up a bit of heat while i'm there

I'll be able to play the FF till I leave and from that point i'm pretty much S.O.L. Perhaps by then I'll trade away my best players for the shittest players people can find to fill in all my positions

I'll be at basic for 9 weeks, and another 3 and 2 weeks if I can go to the 2 other training schools that I want to go to while I'm there, after that I'll be at my AIT school for 5 months for the Comm training
