A bulking diet doesn't mix with T3. T3 is for losing, you want to gain :coffee:
 
I have read almost every single page on this thread and it has a ton of useful information. I'm about to start my first cycle of t3/clen. What is the best time to take them, am or pm? I read that some say am and some say right before bed. Mr. X, what do you think is the best time to take it. If you are working out in the morning, is it okay to take it right after?

Definately not at night, even tho some people do, i get jitters etc.. i couldn't imagine trying to sleep on that.
Been on t3 clen on second week and results are awesome. Obliques are finally coming in nice.
I take it in the AM with a shot of OJ, don't taste anything
 
ihulk appreciates this thread, props to PCfuzz for creating it.
Lots of knowledge on clen/t3, taurine, potassium, ECA etc. Been following this thread since Feb but never posted. Bumping to hear about the results from PCfuzz. Hope you came thru alright bro.

I haven't had problems either way, i suppose eat a little something cuz lots of people im sure will get stomach aches from nearly anything without food in their system.
