What are you favorite PROTEIN BARS and why?


I personally like the Muscle-Tech and the PowerBar/Protein Plus bars.
The Muscle-Tech are great tasting and the PowrBar Protein Plus bars are good tasting and have 24g of protein.

I have been eating the "solid Protein" bars 30grams protein, 8 carbs, 7fat g, 290 calories. I like to change from time to time though.

lean body bars = 30g protein and met-rx bars = 34g protein.

optimums protein diet(coconut) 22gms of protein 2 carbs and not alot of junk like all the rest.

muscletech bars are not really protein bars but meal replacement bars.they have a high carb content,witch really dont make a damn if your bulking.but if your cutting then you need to watch the carbs.but yeah they are the best tasteing, like peanut butter myself

I had right now a "Human development technologies" Pro Blend bar almond brownie taste it was great, 32grams of protein 14 grams of carbs, 6 grms of fat and 280 cal. Great taste!!!!!!!!!
I like also met rx protein plus, Muscletech and leanbody by labrada.
