66 grams of protien? damn son, that's a waste unless your 300 pounds. sounds good though, i'v done this but i use half milk, and half the frozen(concentrated) orange juice, good stuff. also, a good drink i like is just milk, mixed with orange juice MMMMM
jesus 2 likes the taste of real food. it tastes a hell of a lot better, it's healthier (you get all the vitamins from the fruit) and it's just as simple as what you put above. jesus 2 does add creatine to his post-workout shake. jesus 2 has never tried glutamine.
as for the 66 grams of protein, jesus 2 doesn't necessarily think it's a waste. he's been eating my protein in 60 grams or so servings 5-6 times a day. it seems that's what jesus 2 needs in order to put on weight, even though he's a paltry 172 lbs.
