The best PCT for Beastdrol

Hi, I am going to start my first cycle of 30mg per day of Beastdrol for 4 weeks and due to the fact that I have never used steroids before I need your help about the PCT cycle, is Forged Post Cycle and Sustain Alpha good enough or I need Nolvadex too?Thanks.

P.S.I am 26y ,8 years of lifting naturally, 210 pounds, 15%bodyfat.
