The best gear to lose weight and keep ur muscle

i would not touch t3 if i was you for a long time.. please think about that..

tren is not a good idea for you right now either.. just to soon.. too little experience

log your diet 100% for a few weeks and see what you really eat.. simple way to to take a pic of everything you eat and post it online to a blog or a thread and you will know exactly what you need to change up.

I've been dieting for the last month or so. Eating right doing cardio. Looking to throw in some gear to help me keep my gains but also help me lose the unwanted fat. What would you recommend and why?

I've cut with Helladrol before. Lost fat, gained lots of strength, stayed within a pound of my starting weight over a 6 week cycle. Was cutting with diet and cardio. Was very impressed.
 
Tren, GH, and a little bit of T3. Eat as much as you can including mcdonalds. No cardio.
Lose bodyfat and gain size.
The sad truth of bodybuilding. Think I'm joking? Past 2 weeks something horrible happened in my family. Only got to the gym twice. Because I had no time for my usual meals I would up eating whatever was around. Chicken fingers, mcdonalds, brownies, etc etc. Where am I right now? Bigger and leaner and more vascular than I was 2 weeks ago. Oh well! I'm finally getting back in the swing of things and today I will go back to my 6 days a week of gym and 8 meals a day so my results will. Mods feel free to delete this if you think this might look like the wrong message for the beginners who view these threads or people who look for an easy out.

But the "safer" answer is Anavar and ECA stack will do the job just fine. :)

god i hate you so much lol :) Im dying to hit tren, GH, and sus 250 for a cycle so bad. my buddy was almost doing the same thing as you, he ate mcdonalds and other frozen crap for like 3 weeks along with good meals as well, and he got leaner and put on muscle. i gotta hit this too lol
