Hey all! An update of my current situation. Two herniated disks. Im taking some time off and may even where a back brace for a week starting wednesday. Whatever I have to do to recover. I lost a good deal of size and am pretty small now. Chest measurement isnt as small as I thought. Only down to 48" from 49". Looks like alot more then an inch loss to me. Cant understand it. Ive basically been out of the gym close to 3 months. Very little to no training. Here are some of my peak measurements and then the current ones:

Best Measurements

195-203lbs

Arms: Left arm 18 3/4" flexed (Pumped over 19")
Chest: 49" flexed
Legs: 26" flexed

Some Of My Current Measurements: (183-185lbs)

Arms: Right arm flexed 17 3/8" Left Arm flexed 17 1/2"
Chest: 48" flexed
quads: 24.5" flexed
neck: still 18"
waist: 36 3/4 at navel (after 5 slices of pizza)

No plans to take any pictures soon since Im far from top condition. Going to be a long road to recovery. Atleast I havent lost all the size yet. Will keep everyone updated. KEEP KILLING THAT SHIT!!

it's real rare to meet a serious lifter who doesn't incur an injury. it's all ups and downs. peaks and valleys. knowing that has helped me cope. gotta remember we use and abuse ourselves more than a lot of pro-athletes do.

Yea, I know what you mean. I knew there would be lots of injuries over the long road. Its always been an abusive relationship between me and the weights. I planned to tear myself apart piece by piece from the beginning. It wasnt really a positive thing, but it kept my from going on a killing spree Id say. But Im learning to adapt. There will come a time where it will all have to end one way or another. Its all a temporary fix. KEEP KILLING ALL THAT SHIT!!
