Depends on how active you are and how quickly you want to lose fat, if at all. You could go 100-200 more total calories per day and probably still lose weight, assuming your metabolism isn't too slow. that would probably work similarly to the diet being proposed on this thread. the doughnuts wouldn't result in as much muscle loss as this diet, which came from dans outdateded underground bodyopus book. andyone who advocates this diet and doesn't know what the words leptin, and refeed are shouldn't be giving diet advice as far as im concerned. the isocaloric diet is a good diet, but it isn't the "1/3, 1/3. 1/3 diet" as it has been called on here. The ratios dont mean jack fucking shit.

Mohawk...Thanks for backing me! This diet is the shit....I experimented with the keto thing and I hated it.....I was in ketosis and felt flat, tired and miserable,...so needless to say I am on thew 1/3 again...it fits into my lifestyle.....THE CLUB FUCKING SCENE....YEah, the stacked has a few drinks, bumps stuff and gets messed up....he also eats some pizza after Tempts and bagels after factory, however THE STACKED does CARDIO!!!!!! 5 days a week........

thats not true about the calorie intake for everyone. I know myself, I weight 185 right now and I'm dieting at 1700 cals per day. if I started bulking and ate even 2200 cals, I'd start putting on fat (along with muslce of course, but way too much fat).
