Ok thanks, thats really helpful to know about the 1200 calories and brain functioning. I had a clinically slow metabolism before, my doctor just gave me cytomel 3 weeks ago for it. So will it still drop if i dont make my calores perfect? I lift 3-4 times a week for an hour, do 1- 1 & 1/2 hr cardio 6 x and ballet 3 hrs week. I'd still like to lose fat. I'm not expecting over night results, i'd rathr be healthy where i can maintain. So what if i kept around 450 calories from each sorce and added the extra 100-200 cal , so 1360- 1500 a day? Wow though 450 calories from fat seems like an awful lot. ( i know mono-unsaturated right?)
