Hey bro's..... I'm 5'10" 190, 10% bodyfat. My goal is to acquire as much keepable strength as possible and not increase my bodyfat. I'm a college gymnist and its kind of hard to get strength gains in the gym after long practices ..but..I need to get stronger .sooo...here is what I have planned so far. Input on this is more than welcomed!! Thanks in advance to everyone.


Weeks 1-6
37.5 mg/e.d............Loefler d-bol (25 mg tabs times 1.5)
150 mg/e.o.d .........Finaplix (Component TH) converted
550 mg /week.........Brovel Enanthate

*Question..For the Enanthate is is alright to inject 1.5 ml every
4th day? (i.e. Monday, Friday, Tuesday,etc)
--- Or should I make the injections more frequent and inject less each time?

Week 7-8
100 mg/e.o.d .......(last of Finaplix)
500mg/ week .......Brovel Propionate
500mg/ week .......Equipoise

Weeks 9-12
500mg/ week .......Brovel Propionate
500mg/ week .......Equipoise
**I hear that Equipoise is good use between cycles to help keep gains. (e.g. Bridging). So...would it help me keep my gains from the first 6 weeks and possibly add some mild gains to finish off my cycle?
* Should I use and if so when should I use Nolvadex?

Any comments or suggestions about anything else that could help are welcome.
 
I think running the eq late in the cycle and only for 5 weeks is a waste, its going to just add to the time it takes before you can use clomid. I would use it week 1-8/9/10 and since your ending with prop you can jump on climid a couple days after last prop poke.

As for tren and dbol, your gymnastic training sessions are gonna be hell. The pumps from both these products are brutal and you may find yourself writhing in pain from the pumps of gymnastic training :)

I'll just back up what he said.

Don't do the EQ for only 5 weeks... you'll do nothing for yourself. Run it for 10. Frontload the first two. You won't be sorry.
 
So just run the EQ with everything else? That would put me at about 1800mg/week. Would I jus taper off and use clomid? I thought that using Eq weeks 7,8,9,10,11,&12 (6 weeks) might be too short.
So...after I run out of Dbol, Enanthate, and Fina after the first 7 weeks...keep running the EQ how long? I want to avoid a dip on testosterone levels from weeks 6 to 7 and 8. How can I avoid that if I run it all together? I hope my question makes sense...it kinda does in my head.lol
 
Your switching fron enth to prop, the enth will still be hydrolizing and realasing for weeks after your last injection and the prop has a short ester so will kick in fast. The transition should be smooth with no drop in test levels. EQ is a great drug for slow steady lean mass gains, start it up front and end it 2 weeks prior to stopping your test/fina. EQ has a long half life so will still be trailing out of your system 2 weeks after last injection which is fine because you still have prop in you. You can run the fina on the front end or the tail end with the prop, wont really matter but since you have the dbol up front I would run the tren at the end. Running the short ester products past the long ester products (ie EQ) you can still have high androgen levels up to the point your ready for clomid. 4-5 days after last prop (or prop /tren) if you stop the eq 2 weeks prior.
 
If this is your first cycle (?), that is an absolute shitload of juice. Keep in mind that people experience huge gains on less dbol and less fina when taken alone and not even stacked.

It just doesn't sound like you've had a lot of personal experience. It sounds more like you've spent a lot of time on this board researching (which is to your credit) but keep in mind that the majority of cycles you see posted are for guys who run their lives around the drugs. A lot of the newbie cycles here scare the shit out of me.

Consider this - I read off a cycle less agressive than your own to a fellow who was a top ranked super heavy lifter a few years ago. He almost shit when he heard the dosages being recommended to a first timer. This was just not the case 10-15 years ago and everyone still made great gains. Neither my friend nor myself have ever exceeded 30mg of dbol daily even when by itself let alone when stacked with other drugs.

Something to mull over while I recover from my ranting.
 
I don't think it's an appropriate cycle for your goals- you will add a lot of mass along with the strength... your height/weight ratio is already at a good point- the best gymnasts aren't huge guys. Power : weight ratio is key for performance enhancing strength, not absolute strength. Excessive weight will hamper your performance...

I'd go with something that would cause less weight gain, and maintain or reduce body fat levels.

IE run trenbolone only for 6 weeks (I wouldn't go longer, due to the harshness on the HPTA, libido, and it can wreak havoc on your joints), or winny, or anavar (i think the last one would be the best choice-anavar. Get Bruce Lee's, it's affordable)

Also..good poing B182. I'm gonna talk to my strength coach and see what he thinks too. If I gain a lot of strength but also a lot of weight with it...then Im back to square one. I need to better my strength to weight ratio not just my overall strength. From what everyone says so far...I should see good strength gains from my cycle...now I just have to figure out how to avoid the water retention and excess weight gain. Sooo..to make a long story short...keep responding bro's!!! im gonna give things some thought and post another thread later. Thanks again to everyone!
One last thing....MadCow1..no...this is my 4th cycle..I usually cycle around this time of year..(pre-season)..and another post season (a lot milder). I just have a lot to catch up due to injuries from last season. And..as far as dosages go..I'm still rethinking most of them. I think I might tame all of them down a bit. I still have 2 more years of eligibility..so..I want to have some room to play with later.
