long story short, I needed a bit of advice on some issues and felt more comfortable asking via pms (bit too long of a cycle issues) not only did he answer my questions, point in the right direction, he went out of his way to get me back on the right track, and checked-in to see how things were working out.

I have to say, it never ceases to amaze me how people will go out of their way to help someone for all intents and purposes they really don’t know--so if his book of recipes etc is late, its partly my fault.

it took me the longest time to even try and ride in a pace line i ended-up in a group one day and the guys tought me how--turns-out one was tyler hamilton and most of the rest of his then team. kept it up for about 25 miles before i felt my lungs making their way out my ass. i have a alu/carbon eddy merckx full dura (9 speed) except i have a compact crank b/c the hills in colorado can mean a 8000 foot climb.

alway wondered if i tried to make that climb on d-bo.l would my quads just burst like a overfilled water ballon

i think props have to go to all the mods and the admen--besides their knowledge they control posts that, if permitted to continue, could make a first amendment defense difficult--its a very fine and untested line and w/o vigilence, well, things would be much different. while ef is a business, it serves a purpose to its community that helps many people get on a correct and safe track and prevents, i believe, many problems.

i agree--payback is to buy his cookbook when its out--not only do i feel i should--i feel i had better- -my wife is smart and hot, but cannot boil water--seriously, she microwaves it (when not broken).
