Today only it is 40 dolors. Later it could be as high as 89 dolors. How ever if the price is lower when it comes out for sail you will be given back the difference plus a discount for the pree order. Pree orders can get other goodies just pm ef frank about it.

Everyone that has been in the game for more than 3 months, and has run at least 1 cycle comes to understand that the Food is the single most important thing next to sleep. And eating chicken 4 times a day with just mustard, or sodium free salt on it gets old..

Buy the book, I'd love to see a section on sauces that are sugar free, an low sodium..

Needto..I looked at a house tonight that is perfect for entertaining with a nice two level deck, swimming pool, jacuzi, tree stand for deer hunting, etc... However, the lower deck is perfect for grilling with a long planter running along the decking for fresh herbs. The people selling the house entertain alot, so I am think that the outdoor kitchen (yes, outdoor kitchen) might need a good cookbook. I hope to see some recipes ripe for the outdoor cooking/pickings.

Nice to see something useful that I have interest in.

Im always looking for new ideas on diet and I know you know your shit, so I expect alot.

Definately interested in the pre making of food and time saving aspects, as thats the hardest part for me when bulking.
 
Considering diet is where most new juicers fuck up I hope they spend the scratch and check it out. Well worth the investment.

All I had was what Bill Phillips laid out in his Reference Guide back in like 1993. And trust me....that diet got old............real quick

It will be exciting to see you tie in your real life experience as a cook and real life experience as a weight lifter into one jam packed book of knowledgeable recipes. Excellent combination of both sides of the spectrum, a must have for anyone interested in eating for the right reasons!

I personally have totally enjoyed and loved N2's recipes during the omega project, they make dieting a more enjoyable lifestyle change and much less of a diet.

I'm a freaking horrible cook myself, but with his guidance and expertise he's made it easy for me to produce my own good and healthy meals. I'm sure this book delivers some delicious courses sure to impress anyone. I tried one of his salmon recipes and salad and it really impressed the girl who helped me make it, haha.
