Hey guys, i really appreciate you trying to help me out. I'm going to get some magnesium, potassium and coenzyme q10 today. And of course start my workouts again with little weight and many reps. I hope i will be able to lift like i used to.. Only time can tell, and i will come back to tell you my progress

thx

myqe:)

*Please read my post on your Cardiac VT's. Do not overdo the potassium! Normal RDA values only. Light weight and high reps in moderation should be okay until you find out the actual cause of VT.

PS: KARMA is always welcome here.

Well i can tell you i have had several tests done with me. They made about 20 ecgs... that is for every time i landed in the emergency room. The last time i wuz there i got brought by ambulance to the hospital where i spent 3 days in i.c. Later i got transferred to the heart section, and wuz released after a week and the symptoms were gone. 2 weeks later i went in for a couple of tests... They opened one of my veins at the top of my leg and went inside with a catheter. They were inside my heart, and did all tests that can possibly be done. Contrast, electric shocks, the entire thing, and absolutely nothing came out. weeks after that i tried lifting some weights again, and the next day my heart reacted weird to it again (skipping, etc) So i went back to the emergency room, i think in total another 3 times and got sent home every time again, because what they saw wasn't life threatening  . A few weeks later i had a 24 hour holter, and also nothing came out of that. I can tell you that I am from the netherlands, and where i live we have some really proffesional doctors, but even they can't seem to find the cause of it all. I am going to get a second opinion, but i'm afraid i already know what the outcome will be, since they have done all possible tests with me. I wish there wuz someone that can tell me where it all comes from. Oh ya, i have a history of drug abuse (cocaine, e, speed), but wuz also tested with "fluoxetine" to see if that could have been the cause of it all. It is some substance they inject to see if your heart reacts strangely to it. Well mine didn't, so that couldn't have been it. What i'm most afraid of is that my bodybuilding days are over... Again, i will do what it takes to find the cause of it, no bodybuilding is no life for me.
