Thanks to EF (and a Stick Question)

Thanks for all the info, I spend way too much time here :)

Without this site, wouldn't have started an Org Sust250/wk 1st cycle. Had my second stick yesterday. Plannin 10wks.

1st question: I know everybody's different, but for me, it's too easy. I'm using 23g 1" BD Integra's (have med access, most expensive BD makes) and it's nothin. Want to make sure I'm hittin the muscle with the 1" even though I'm jammin that fucker all the way in there. Am I? Any chance I'm not hittin it and it's wasted? I'm a big guy so my ass isn't thin, check my stats below.

6'4 225 32yrs 9-10% lifelong athlete. 1st cycle. Diet is good. Workouts solid (my buddy knows his stuff) with cardio running/hoop 4-5/wk.

Goals: Fill out a little, fill the gaps. Not to get huge, I got a big frame. Trouble spot is chest, I think because of my long arms. All my upper body work pumps the hell out of my arms, especially tri's.

For those interested me and my bro (he's around here somewhere) are taking weekly: measurements, BP/Pulse, full Body-comp, and Lipids. Will post with pics eventually.

Welcome and yeah there is a ton of info on this site. Just stop using the word "partner" all the time. LOL It sounds fruity. :rainbow:
 
Id use 1 inch in your thigh and 1 and a half in your cheek since you are big. I think thigh is easier anyway.

Krish: After reading 1k posts re: pct we decided to just keep some Nolv on hand to run if necessary. With test 250/wk and my build I'm doubtin any problems. You have a different opinion? Can't see shootin hcg for low dose test but what do I know..

Also forgot to mention supps: saw pal, fish oil, multi, milk this, b complex. I take all that anyway, 'cept the milkthistle that I'm addin for this cycle.

Noone answered the original question though...is there any physical signs that a person missed a muscle, or would it just go wherever and be wasted or what? Thanks!

Otherwise I think it'd be irritated at the injection spot.

Most of the time if you were to miss the muscle, you'd end up with a hard lump which you could feel right after you inject in most cases. That lump can turn into an infection or it could just sit there for a while and finally dissapate after days or even weeks. I would recommend going with a 1.5" in the glute so there should be no chance of missing the muscle. 1" is fine but why risk it, especially if you have a good layer of fat over your ass, 1.5" will help you get the oil deeper in the muscle.

Do any of you get any mental sides on test? Anxiety, tension, that kind of thing? Maybe it's work which sucked today but damn I couldn't sit still I was buggin. Didn't somewhat relieve until I balled for 2 hours.

3rd stick coming Wed. Is this just my imagination?

Depends on the dose. I am prone to depression/anxiety and yet at 500mg/wk I find test to be very relaxing and uplifting. Sometimes it even makes me lethargic.

At 250/wk week3 I feel great. My strength is definately up. What's strange is one night I'll sleep perfect and the next I'll lay awake all night until 4am trying to get to sleep. Nothing different, workouts same, eating same, neither within 2 hours of bed.

Probably too self-concious but hey, this is an experiment on myself so that's the point right?

So far though all in all, I love TEST.
