Thanks to EF (and a Stick Question)

Without this site, wouldn't have started an Org Sust250/wk 1st cycle. Had my second stick yesterday. Plannin 10wks.
1st question: I know everybody's different, but for me, it's too easy. I'm using 23g 1" BD Integra's (have med access, most expensive BD makes) and it's nothin. Want to make sure I'm hittin the muscle with the 1" even though I'm jammin that fucker all the way in there. Am I? Any chance I'm not hittin it and it's wasted? I'm a big guy so my ass isn't thin, check my stats below.
6'4 225 32yrs 9-10% lifelong athlete. 1st cycle. Diet is good. Workouts solid (my buddy knows his stuff) with cardio running/hoop 4-5/wk.
Goals: Fill out a little, fill the gaps. Not to get huge, I got a big frame. Trouble spot is chest, I think because of my long arms. All my upper body work pumps the hell out of my arms, especially tri's.
For those interested me and my bro (he's around here somewhere) are taking weekly: measurements, BP/Pulse, full Body-comp, and Lipids. Will post with pics eventually.
