Just wanted to say that even though I haven't been registered for very long, you guys at EF have helped me tons. I haven't posted much only because i havent needed to. I just search the past posts and get what I need. This is truly a great source of info and support for the weightlifting lifestyle. Just thought I would give all the guys at EF a thanks.
