I wanted to thank everyone who responded to the "Dragonmona Hitting a wall" originally posted by Inkman.

I used all the information to tighten up my diet and start eating more. A very difficult thing.

I am now rotating carbs 3:2, 150 for three and 50 for two. I am keeping the protein consistent at 200g and the fat is 30 for high days and 50 for low days.

I was somewhat apprehensive about gaining and was prepared to gain for a couple of weeks to start loosing. Amazingly my body has responded very positively and I am weighing in at 126 after 11 days. (I was fluctuating between 134 and 129 previously) My clothing is visibly looser too.

I am maintaining my strength, in fact it is gradually increasing.
