Here is my routine.
First two months no carbs ZERO, High protien,low fat 5 meals a day!! The following 10 mth 5 meals a day high protien only complex carbs no more that 300 a day and none after 7pm. First 2 two months workouts MWF Full circut every body part CARDIO 6 day a week 35-45 min.Next 12 weeks Sus 250e5d
wk 1-12 and Var wk 6-12 50ed. Workouts Mon chest,abs Tues Back, sides. Wed Legs Thurs Shoulders,abs Fri Bi and Tri's, sides. Cardio 6 day a week after workouts.Lipoflame 2caps 3xd wk1-12. PCT Sustian(Alpha was not out yet) and unleashed. Following one week Mon and Tues everybody part 1 set to 100 Wed rest Thurs Fri repeat every body part 1 set to 100. Next 2 mths same work out routine as during cycle but high reps 3 set 15-20 with a burn out set at the end. Then sus 1-12 500wk Primo 1-16 400 wk Var 9-16 60ed. Workouts same except 3 set of 8-12 but weeks 6-12 I went to Mon Chest,Back,abs Tues Legs, Shoulders Wed Bi's,tri's,sides one day rest the repeat then 2 days rest and continued that pattern for 6 wks. Cardio every morning before eating for 30-35 min wk 1-16. Lipoflane 2 3xd wk 4-16. PCT same as above except I used Sustain Alpha. Thanks for all of our comments there appreciated. Yes it feels great to be back to the way I looked in college. AWSOME FEELING and I'm not done. I want to continue this journey and see where I'm next year at this time.
