Thaibox, I am really glad to see you back here posting, you have always been a great bro and have made me see things from a point of view I would never have thought of myself, and got me into grip training, imo you would make a great mod for this board.

good, glad you appreciate the appreciation lol, have you got the number 3 yet? if so how is the number 4, I want to get one just to see what it is like, also what other makes of grippers have ya got.

I have 3 #3's. One is filed down for overcrushes. I have 1 #4 that I use for negatives...damn things a brick. I have a couple of Tetting's grippers that I really like. One is between #3 and #4, so I can do negatives with a gripper heavier than #3, but it doesn't brake my back to close it like a #4.

damn man you got a strong grip, reckon you'll ever get the number 4? what other grip stuff have you got/ do you do? I'm thinking of getting into nail bending, ever done any of that?

I don't think I'll never close the numer 4. That thing is beyond me.
I'm really into bending nails. I make weekly trips to home depot just to wander the nail isle. I buy a lot of HRS at diffierent sizes and cut my own lengths. I also take 4' HRS and bend them up into "iron bonsai trees" ala Brookfield.
I do a lot of pinch work. I have the ironmind hub and a bunch of homemade blocks with eye hooks. I haven't pinched 2 45's yet, but I'm trying to get there.
I bought/made a lot of thick bar stuff. My thickest is around 3.5".
I bought some cylindrical chunks of steel from a steel yard that are very close to York blobs. Since I can't find York DB's around here, these do the job pretty well.
