I don't think it's wise to just jump in so quick, but if you're going to run it.. try to get some nolvadex if you can, incase your nipples get sensitive, take the dbol every day perferebly spaced out across the day, dbol half-life is like 3-4 hours, so basically you want to keep the compound elevated at equal levels for most of the time... and if you want to pack on the mass, with disregard to any possible fat gain, I suggest eating a decent amount of protein, taking in a fair bit of complex carbohydrates, eat ever 2-3 hours.. and workout hard using compound lifts mostly.
