umm im new to d-bol and i just got some 10mg tabs from Thailand and am pretty sure i here that 15-35 mg a day is the norm so should i be taking 3 tabs a day ? And i heard if you take all three in the morning its better because thats befor your natural testonterone levels are at their peak ? so what im asking is spread evenly through the day or all at once in the morning ?
