Text tattoo placement ideas

I'm trying to figure out how I can place a bunch of quotes on my arm. I was thinking of doing some sort of sleeve look with quotes going in all different directions around my arm.

I right now have a few quotes I'm ready to get, but don't want to start it without having a plan for future quotes.

thanks to anybody who knows about this kind of thing

Vertical lines look pretty good, I've seen several like that. I have text wrapped around my right thigh, that works really well too. Also it depends on if you want others to be able to easily decipher it, if so don't get very intricate with the patterns.

Cheers,

i like it across the bridge of your nose. that way, when you have to look normal, you can just put on thick glasses.

Would not Horizontal text be easier for others to read? (if thats your intent)
Vertical would mean people would need to twist their heads around to read it.

I have seen dudes that have the text done for Themselves, and so they have it on their arms horizontal and inverted facing them, so they can read it. (motivation/remembrance etc)

I've seen a tribal band look with text going around the arm in several layers top to bottom of the upper arm. One dude had it all the way from shoulder to wrist..
Some sort of verses or quotes etc.

A guy I work with has his name tattooed on his forearm so he can read it, I guess in case he ever gets amnesia or something.

Think it's a bad idea to have them random? all different directions...I like the wrapped text idea too.

I'm just thinking you should make it look nice from a distance as well as up close.

Wrapped text that is nice an neat and symetrical would look better at a distance than just random stuff all over your arm.

i was thinking maybe about flowing them in with some wavs. maybe others flowing in some fire. you could make it look like scrolls wraping around with some fire or water in the back ground. or oriental wind in grey wash.

nobody liked my nose idea?
you could have it tatooed in reverse so you could read it in the mirror to yourself.

i think it's genius.

Any websites out there that you can play around with this kind of thing? I'd like to see what might look good as background to quotes on my arm...

fuck it go with a mirror image look. Then bitches will have to stare at the guns to read what it says. could be a good way to start a conversation
