i like the training but more cardio needed
i dont usually do cardio on back day bro. Plus i get about 20,000 steps in during the day at work 😉
 
Feeling alot dryer atm since adding the var and proviron in addition to the tren

Great training updates. I really like your PM diet. I am glad to hear you have great energy throughout the day. Especially with such a physically demanding job. You would probably feel even better if you swapped out some bars/shakes for some more real food. I know they are convenient throughout the day though.
