Testosterone levels low!

Got my blood works back today and it all looks pretty grim - I need quite an informative answer if someone can help. Firstly, background info - 19 year old male, symptoms of low test, never done aas and have gyno - also, I was on estrogen rebound (I think) due to stopping Tamoxifen a week or two before the blood test - I was naive.

Follicle Stimulating Hormone: 0.7 IU/l [mine] ------ (<6.0 = range)
Lutenising Hormone: 2.7 IU/L [mine] -------(2.0-12.0 = range)
Oeastradiol: 120 pmol/L [mine] -------- (<130 = range) -- -product of estrogen rebound?
Prolactin: 108 mIU/L (mine) ----- (range=<700)
SHBG: 10 nmol/L (mine) ------ (range=13-71)
Testosterone: 10.3 nmol/L -------- range (8.6-29.0)

To start, could anyone tell me what they think of these stats - could the low test be caused by the estrogen rebound, or is it just naturally low, do you think? I have been expeirencing symptoms of low T for ages.

Using a calculator online shows my total test to be: 295 ng/l, free test to be 0.317 nmol/L = 3.07 % and bioavailble test: 7.92 nmol/L = 76.8 %

I'm going to go for another set of blood works soon to figure out whether my Testosterone was lowered because of the estrogen rebound (but I am still experiencing low T symptoms).

What do you think?

Should I start TRT with HCG and Test-e? Or will that make my gyno worse do you think?

Im just guessing here but your LH and FSH are low which means your body is not signaling for normal amounts of test, perhaps due to the high E number. It could be that while on the nolva you had increased T and E as well as LH and FSH, however now that the nolva is clearing the system the high E is causing your body to lower T. If its only been two weeks It may still be too early to judge the situation, id just let things ride and get bloods again in 3-4 weeks.

As for making your gyno worse if you have gyno due to puberty and the hormonal roller coaster that accompanied it then you very well could aggrivate it by jumping on trt, but no one can predict that. If you do go on trt id suggest anastrozole to keep your E in the normal range.

its a clear cut case of why nolva sucks cock that is all. When you are on nolvadex serm levels of estrogen go up!!!! so well people rave that there test goes up so its ooo so damn good for recovery. They forget the fact that the crash and burn rebound is coming as soon as they get off the drug. This is why you always use a AI when using nolva. Or just don't use it at all and use a product that has both a Ai and a serm like forma-stanzol. Damn guys I design products the exact way I do for a reason. Because I know!!!!

Anyway my friend. Its is for all the above reasons in your post that I told you to get all the things I need you to get. The hcgenerate, forma-stanzol, letro, and dos/cab. Bro sit back relax and get what I told you to get. Once you have it all I will have you fixed up in a jiffy.

@Zyglamail - Nah, it's been about 6 months since I had the last set of blood works - but I can tell my test levels are still rock bottom 'cus I have the sex-drive of a 10 year old boy scout.

@needtogetaas - Yeah, I know you'll help! Although, I can't afford the HCGenerate yet and Dos\Cab has arrived and the Letro and Tamoxifen will in < 1 week hopefully and the Forma in another few weeks - will not being able to afford HCGenerate be an issue, apart from not fixing my test levels?

@stevesmi - I am not really working out at the moment. I have no energy, feel lethargic and don't really see great gains (sounds like <300 ng of test!) There is no way I am gonna increase Test to a reasonable amount by doing them excercises, so I'll havta wait!

N.B. Thanks to all you guys for responding!
