ok im about 2 start my first cycle of testosterone and am going 2 be doing 500 mg every 5 days. What i want to know is do i need 2 take an estrogen blocker from the first day i start my cycle or should i not take an estrogen blocker during my cycle. shoud i only take my estrogen blocker after my cycle? help on this would be appreciated. thank you.

This is my plan please let me know if it needs tweaking:

500mg test every 5 days for 12 weeks.

Last week of cycle start with 2000 IUs of HCG every 5 days for 2 weeks.

2 Weeks after last test shot start with 40mg of nolvedex, and then for the last 2 weeks I will take 20mg a day.

does this look good as a cycle and pct?
Once again my biggest question is do i need to take nolvedex from the first day i start test or only for 4 weeks during my pct?

That dosage is a bit on the high side, is this your 1st cycle?
No Anti E's unless you actually start experiencing problems.
I would get some unleashled & sustain to run with PCT as well.

I'd run the hcg at 250 - 300ius every4th day through out cycle.

If your gear is legit run 500mg week split by two 250mg dosages mon-thursday or tuesday-friday or wednesday saturday. After week 6 things will start to get interesting. Keep arimidex on hand just in case, but since this is your first cycle and a mild one you will be safe. You can run a starter also, like dianabol at 20-25mg a days for the first month.

Agree! Armidex & Test 250 twice a week is sufficient for a first time, more only causes more problems.
