once a week jabs are fine with enanthate....the differnece is minute with blood levels if any..........
 
At 5'9" and 200 lbs, running 3000 cals may be ok for you since you say you put weight easily. Try it at 3000 and see. If you arent putting visable size by week 5 or 6 increase cals. Do 10 min cardio pre workout as a general warmup. Then do 10 mon more immediatly after workout. You should not need any more then that while trying to gain muscle. I would try 5-6 meals per day with only one shake right after workout, the rest real food.

I pin my test cyp twice a week. I guess you could pin once but I would say at 2ml its might cause a little added soreness for your first cycle if you pin only once. These are good bros listen to em buddy. 500mg/wk will be perfect youll seen good solid gains and I dont think youll become a monster over night youll enjoy. I use 25 ga 1" needles to inject some disagree but I have a low body fat % at about 7-8% so even pining glutes it does fine. Good luck with your cycle bro keep us posted.

This is basically what I do, a 10 min warmup and a little cardio after. Lifting 4 days a week with a routine written by a pro powerlifter. All my protein comes from food, lean turkey, chicken, tuna, eggs, egg whites etc. Its all logged on fitday and I weigh everything religiously. This has worked well for me milking natural gains but when they slow up it seems like nothing gets you moving. Doesn't help that I have just entered my 30's and I'm feeling like an old man! Hoping that this modest cycle will really help me add muscle and give me a sense of well being. Thank you for your reply, its appreciated.

Thanks for the advice. My only concern was jumping right in without assessing how my body reacts to this particular substance. Thats why I was thinking of only doing 1 cc, but if its pointless I'm just wasting my money. The muscle gain cannot be too obvious because I'm Italian, and well we have family events weekly. If I show up at my parents house and in 3 weeks I'm 20 lbs heavier everyone will know, and I just don't wanna deal with it. As for the needles, as I understand it, I have to get through the fat and into the muscle so I better go with 1.5" because I'm not as lean as you. I would say I'm roughly 15% body fat. Once again, thanks for taking the time to post, this is my first go at this and I have been nervous and excited at the same time but I needed somewhere to come and discuss because people have a negative attitude towards steroids.
 
I use 23-25 g in glute usually 1 inch like 23 better esp if using 1 1/2 in too easy to bend

I actually have 23 guage 1 inch needles right now because the pharmacy I went to didn't have 1.5". I was gonna go out to a few different pharmacies and see if I could get the 1.5". Am I splitting hairs here? Does it really matter?
 
500 mg you will start to feel stronger by week 4-5, you will also start getting that watery look by then, if you don't get those itchy nipples, try not to use the AI it is pointless, u will lose the water through PCT, you do have a PCT lined up right? Also 1" needles are only good for the calves that's it! U will need 1.5" long if you want it anywhere else, also don draw and inject with the same syringe, they go dull quickly, gaining weight with steroids is not that noticeable buddy! Unless (HA!) unless you really go to work at the gym, dial in with your diet and you will still be left thirsty as hell for the next cycle! By your third or fourth cycle u will notice those remarkable results you think you are going to get on your first, no hating you will notice some difference, but not enough that people will be like, Oh Man, you're On Steroids Aren't Cha!! that's my 2 cc's on that...
 
I'm on my first test cypionate cycle, 500mg per week, for 10 weeks. I bought a vial of cypionate, and a vial of enanthate, but they are almost identical in half life. I'm a 43 year-old chemist, been training for 20 years.

I'm midway through, just finished the 10ml cyp vial and swapped to enanthate.

The first injection aches for days, then the second in the same site aches a little bit, then after that, - nothing. Inject slow into your glute, taking 30 seconds or more to press the plunger, and you will minimize the ache the next day. You have two bum cheeks, so each cheek only has to handle one jab per week of 1ml.

After 5 weeks I have a little water retention, but not enough to bother with anything to combat it - although I've just added proviron to my cycle.

One thing to watch out for is zinc deficiency. You need zinc to rebuild muscle cells, and it's hard to get enough in food when you are training hard. It's the most common mineral deficiency amongst athletes, and the population at large - but particularly in men

All that test makes you horny, so you will be cumming a lot, and losing even more zinc. I felt achey and burned out last week, every muscle hurt, even ones I hadn't trained, and particularly my lower legs. I couldn't sleep,so I got up, took 3 ZMA capsules on a hunch, and I was absolutely fine within the hour. I guess I had chronic zinc deficiency.

Anyone reading this - high testosterone = hard training + more sex = zinc deficiency. If you hit an unexplained wall on test, try ZMA. It will be obvious straight away if you had a zinc or magnesium deficiency.

Thanks for the heads up. My current supplements are a multi vitamin, vitamin c (1000 mg twice daily), 5 grams fish oil, and cal, mag, zinc supplement so I am assuming I should be fine. Thanks once again for posting, nice to have people warn you in advance.
