250 is fine. Anyone can suggest MORE -- that's not advice though.

However, I think it would be better to bump up the dosage a bit and make it SHORTER. 10 weeks is too long. I have no idea where people get this "at least 10-12 weeks" mentality, and either do they, I'll bet. It's just something they decided on. More is better. But when it comes to sides and recovery, the duration is a bigger factor than dosage.

350 for 6 weeks is plenty to get a good idea and retain some gains. If you don't , that means you don't know what you're doing so using more juice won't help anyway.

yes you will get results for first cycle.. 400-500 is too much for first cycle.. start slow and work your way up.. I recommend you stay natural because once you start using gear its hard to go natural again..
 
I'm about to do the same first thing for my first cycle. A friend suggested two injections a week at 250 for 10 weeks. Should I do what he says? Or do only 250 for 10 weeks, and then have enough for a second cycle of the same thing later on?...
 
After getting your diet and training consistent then putting on 20 matural pounds, try EQ only, 300mg/wk for 12 weeks to get a taste of the roid world. As has been said, test is the king and is powerful, meaning your virgin body/receptors dont have a need for it now. There are many beginner roids to work with before moving to test like winny, EQ, deca, d-bol, primobolan.
 
You can do 250mg or 500mg of test each week and see great gains. They key is DIET, DIET, DIET, and beating your brains out at the gym......If you get your diet right and some intense workouts...you will see the results you want...

Looks like I'll be able to get a second cycle out of it afterall... awesome!

My diet is kind of crappy right now, I guess I'll have to start fixing that before I get back to intense workouts in a couple weeks. I'm thinking of trying something outside the box. Instead of the normal regimen at the gym, possibly doing p90x at the same time. (let the flaming begin) LOL
It just seems to my understanding that when doing Enanthate, as long as I eat clean and often, I can't really eat too much, because when eating clean 5,000-7,000 calories is hard enough to achieve. (eat when you have room and not when you're full right?) Also it seems like you can't work out too much. I'm assuming from all the reading on forums and scientific research I've read, that it's going to enhance whatever my current lifestyle is. If I'm looking for explosive attributes, it will give me explosive attributes. If I want endurance, it will give me endurance... etc...

I've always been more involved with explosion athletics than endurance. Please correct me if I have misunderstood anything along the way. Just as a summary, I'm planning on bulking, and I'm planning on eating clean. I realize p90x isn't a bulking type workout. I was thinking more along the lines of if I'm up for a workout before bed and don't want to drive out to the gym. Either way, I plan on following specific workout plans that you guys have posted on these forums as well as others to make sure I don't waste my first cycle.

and forget the previous post, its just a bad idea to try and include too much.
ill just stick to what works for bulking

ill still do like 20 or 30 minutes of cardio on off days though
