testosterone booster

That show talked alot about stresses and stresses to the body that can lower testosterone. Also drinking and smoking can do that too.

I am sure most of us have lots of stress, especially with the intense training. I don't think many would drink or smoke.. well, hopefully not :)

Testosterone is not the only thing that makes muscles grow.

Muscle growth isn't fully understood, however, oestrogen is also anabolic, they often give it to beef cattle as a part of the fattening process. Oestrogen also triggers growth hormone release.

Free thyroxine and T3 will increase metabolism, all metabolism, so building muscle and burning fat.

Hormones involved in fat burning are adrenaline, noradrenaline, ghrelin, and leptin.

Its also talked about how Test IS needed at about .25-1 mg 2 times daily TOPICALLY for women IF deficient,
and that Pregnelone may be used
and that Estro to Test MUST be balanced in Women

She states that usually Test is Ignored and only Estro addressed in womens HRT and that to ignore T levels can lead to cardio/respiratory issues and also bone integirty issues in Women
