Testosterone Blood Test Question

I'm confused about what all these numbers mean on my Blood Test results.
This test was taken one year ago.
Tomorrow morning I go for a new test.

FSH (1.9)

LH (4.3)

PROLATCTIN (6.9)

TOTAL TEST (152) Range 250-1100 ng/dl

FREE TEST (40.6) Range 35.0-155.0 pg/ml

FREE TEST PERCENT (2.67%) Range 1.50-2.20%

My Total Test was flagged LOW
My Free Test Pervent wad flagged HIGH

Can someone please te me what all this means?

Well, to my uneducated brain it looks like you have low test levels but decent bio-availability of test. Having said that, it's all to scale though...so even if your bio-availability is decent, if your total test is low then that's still no good.

I've seen people go onto HRT with much higher test levels than that...

That's what is confusing to me.
How can my Total Test be so low and my Free Test be high?

I don't understand what these 2 things mean to me even after looking them up.

I believe the following is accurate:

Total Test = Total amount of test within your body
Free Test = What % of the TOTAL Test is bio-available (AKA it hasn't been bound by SHBG and can actually be 'used' by the body)

A high/low TOTAL test level does not directly correlate to a high/low FREE Test level in the sense that a higher TOTAL Test level wouldn't necessarily = a higher FREE Test level.
