Testim Gel, and maybe a cycle question

at the ripe age of 31, I was just diagnosed with low test levels. I was at 184, or the equivalent of an 81 yr old man. Im on Cyp, 200ML once a week, 1 testim tube a day, and HCG. My first question is, I recently sleeved my left arm..my right arm has a tatt on it already. Is there another place I could use the gel till my arm heals? I was also planning on doing 400 ml of EQ a week to add to the cycle. Would my Dr be able to detect this? Thanks for any advice
