Training experience, personal history, etc.
I have been training since 8th grade. I am into powerlifting and power mass training. I follow a loose westide barbell approach. Best competition lifts; bench 363, squat 511, dead 511 all at 181. Always been very lean, it is extremely hard for me to gain weight. I am currently around 8-10% BF Current split
MONDAY-Speed squat and auxillaries(legs, back, traps)
TUESDAY-Speed bench and auxillaries(chest, shoulders, arms)
THURSDAY-max effort squat and auxillaries(same as above)
FRIDAY-max effort bench and auxillaries(same as above)
All other days are rest days, I don't do cardio.

Present diet and training outline, what supplements are being taken
Supplements i would be taking along side your product are my current ones so I am not changing anything- Optimum Nutrition whey, bulk CEE/white blood, multi-vit, and gatorade protein shakes( i get em for free and they taste great, 20g protein and 360 calories)
Diet- I eat 4-5 meals a day consisting of
Lean red meats, all kinds of chicken(grilled and breaded breast), steaks, pizzas(lol i wanna gain weight), tuna, peanuts and peanut butter sandwiches, raw and steamed veggies, yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, bacon, oats, whole wheat bread, granola, fruits, flaxseed oil, milk, and water

Nope. I do not smoke but i do drink;HOWEVER i will stop drinking during the test to assure greatest gains.

I know my body and what works, I'll try and keep everything else as constant and consistent as possible. I know this would be my first post, but i have been reading these boards forever, i just dont post cuz all my questions get answered by doing serches!! My log would be very similiar to this one in regards to set up
