test 400, 1 cc a week.....what do you think....what kind of gains for two months? Tell me what you think...any tips?
 
with a good diet I would say 200 pounds of raw muscle is possible in two months with that cycle

Is about 200 grams of protein good, or should i up it.....is there any good web sites, where i can learn to get the most out of this
 
well bro what are your stats, age, cycle experience, and goals. imo test400 is crap...absolutly the bottom of the barrel.
 
im 21, 185, 10% bodyfat.......im looking to get over that hump i have been at for so long. Im also looking to KEEP gains. What ever information you can give me would be great. This my first cycle as of today. From a novice to an educated lifter please help me get the best of this
 
well the first thing that will help you is reading the board and using the search engine.

generally for a first cycle i recommend some kind of long acting test stacked with a long acting anabolic like deca or eq.

height, years training, goals...not trying to be a dick but from your two post its clear you have some reading to do...,most likely you have not even hit your natural peek or come close to it...

but if your hell bent on a cycle then go for it, but the cycle you have posted is weak and your story has many holes that need to be filled...this board is great for help, but many bro's will tell you reading up on aas yourself is the best way

check this analogy: you have basically bought some ingredients and thrown it on a table saying "here make me something great to eat "
