Depends really on what you're trying to accomplish. I know a lot of really strong guys - I mean freak strong, that hit test at bodyfat levels that are very high. They're after only one thing; lifting crazy amounts of weight. For them it works. If you're wanting to look great, maybe that's another story. Why don't you post up your stats, height weight, bf%, training history, goals, etc and your question will be easier to answer. One thing is that "high bodyfat" is relative. To me it may be 12% and to another it may be 32%.
