ED to EOD is the best for stabalizing the blood levels and keep sides at a minimum... Try to inject the same time ED as well...

100-200mg EOD,,depending person,,goals and experience.

I am doing 1/ml of 100/mg e/o/d but only because I want to limit the dose and not do shots of .5 ml e/d as it's only stacked w/equipoise so I hate pinning just .5 at at time. If I was running another short ester I would combine and do e/d as e/d really is a bit better.
