Test prop Dizziness?

Hello guys, today was my friends first cycle ever and his first shot.
He took 100mg of testastrone prop and after around 4 mins he felt really dizzy and as if he's going to black out. However, the dizziness stayed for only a minute or two.
What could be causing this?
Ps: the dizziness never came back and he was all fine after.

Furthermore, should liv52 and himalaya cycstone be taken when running primo and test prop? Lastly, if he notices any gyno should he take nolva? because he has no access to arimidex.

Sounds like your buddy got a little anxious from the shot. I worked as a phlebotomist for years. Nothing to be concerned about, he probably had a rapid heart beat and some sweats as well?
