Good Morning Fellas,

This weekend has been a good one so far! My strength continues to climb and I continue to progress. On Thursday 08/27 I had a great chest day and Friday 08/28 a killer back day.
My trainer and I have been pushing harder on going up in weight and also pushing the intensity a bit more as well and I feel like my body has been handling it really well. Not to say that I wasnt being pushed before because I definitely was but we both felt that I could start pushing harder as long as my recovery was good and my recovery has been great.
It's funny cause around the same time that we decided to up the weight and intensity I was just starting not to get quite as sore as I usually would from our workouts so I think the timing is perfect!

Sleep has still been great no changes there. Got a solid 9 hours last night.
Yesterday Saturday 08/29 I took a rest day and just laid low all day. Really gave my body time to rest and relax. Usually Saturdays are leg day but I will be doing legs on Monday instead this week and its good ol' shoulders & biceps today Sunday 08/30.

My mental is still great and steady. Staying positive and determined. I do notice that I tend to be a little bit hard on myself when I take rest days because I'm constantly telling myself that I should be doing something. That's something that I am trying to work on because I know that rest days are much needed especially with how hard I am training.
It may be just placebo but I swear I actually notice I look bigger the day after I take a rest day. It’s weird because in my head im thinking "I'm not going to the gym so now I am a day behind on getting bigger" (which I know that's just me beating myself up) but then when I look in the mirror the next day I swear I look bigger but like I said that could totally just be a placebo or something.

Physically I am feeling strong, healthy and ready to get back in the gym today and kill my shoulders and biceps. My recovery has been great overall but I am extra ready from the rest day I took yesterday!

My diet has been pretty dialed in as well. I am not so good at getting in my greens so I do a daily greens supplement every night which helps with that.

@stevesmi thank you bro! The only thing is that my HDL is still low and my LDL is still high. You have an other recommendations on how to even those out a bit?
Man, that is tough. Any time we're taking the compounds that we take, they're going to get thrown off. You could always take a little bit of a break from all PEDs and see if things normalize.

Meals are looking good!

Good Morning Guys,

Sleep:
Was great last night got a good 8 hours and feeling nice and rested this morning!

Mental:
Still great, staying positive and determined as ever!

Physical:
I am feeling really good today (monday 08/31) I feel rested and have my energy back. Yesterday (sunday 08/30) I was feeling extra tired for some reason. It was just one of those days. I did shoulders and biceps yesterday and I just felt tired and I wasnt feeling as strong as I normally do. I just couldn't get going. We took it a little bit easier on the training yesterday because of how I was feeling.
Which at first I was really frustrated about but then I was thinking how hard I have been going in my training and how great I honestly have been feeling pretty much everyday. I can't expect to feel 100% every single time I train. We are all going to have those off days from time to time. It's about what you do on those days. Rather then using that as an excuse not to go train you power through it and go anyway and just do the best that you can do. So I'm really greatful that I feel as great as I do and that I am able to train and progress like I have.

Powdered Gatorade (for glycogen replacement and carbs post workout)
Bulk Pre Workout (transparent labs)

Got my bloods done on Friday 08/28 and just got most of my results. I asked for an ultra sensitive e2 test but it looks like they just did the normal e2 test. I am still waiting on my Testosterone results but I will post those as soon as they come in. My SHBG is a little bit low. My red blood cell count is a little bit elevated but nothing crazy. My HDL is low and my LDL is high which is to be expected. My total cholesterol is just a little bit high. I'm really not to worried about it because I never have problems with my cholesterol when I am off cycle so I know that it's just elevated because of the compounds I am taking and it will level back out when I go back down to trt.
I am really fortunate to have an awesome pcp that is aware of what I am taking, what I'm doing and what my goals are. She goes over my blood results with me as well. So if there is ever anything I need to be concerned about she will definitely let me know.

ALSO... Please feel free to give any and all advice you may have for me to optimize these results. If there is anything that I can do that I am not currently doing to help with my cholesterol, SHBG or my red blood cell count I would love to know. I am always open to constructive criticism cause like I have said before this an on-going learning process.
I think no matter how much research you do or how much you think you know there is always something more that you can learn with this stuff if you are open to learning and taking advice!

Thanks guys, I hope everyone has a great Monday!

Without further ado... here are the results to my 2nd blood test while on this cycle and I am approximately 12 weeks in:
