I have used it for a 8 week cycle stacked with Winstrol. Half life is 3-4 days. I suggest pinning EOD. I would compare this Ester to Prop regarding mass increase and strength.
In that case...50mgs EOD should suffice for HRT. No????

EOD for pheylprop is overkill. Every 3rd to 4th would be fine. Think about it, it's ester lasts a little longer than prop and some people pin prop EOD.. why, I don't know.

When you look up ester half-lives I believe it has an almost identical one as regular prop. Therefore I'd still use it EOD.

the problem with this chart is that it does not account for the dozens of factors that affect it--there was a good thread about it last week....I will look for it.

yea, the whole thing is confusing and there new info everyday-- i guess that is why i think the best advice is trial and error--and short of daily blood tests it is just a guess anyway.
