This would be my second cycle.

Test p 150 EOD wk 1-10
Tren a 75 EOD wk 1-8
Var 70 ED wk 5-10

PCT wk 12 - Nolva 40/20/10/10

Just afraid of tren a , as i have heard a lot of bad side effects of it.
Is there any good substitute for Tren ace ?

How does the cycle look ?

How does the cycle look ?

It looks pretty fucked up considering your wanting to run nolva with tren... You dont run nolva with a 19-nor unless your a fan of prolactin...

Your clearly not ready for tren... You didnt list stats or goals so it makes it quite difficult to recommend something else...

Ya your gonna want to stay far away from this. Your ratios are all off and sides will be rampant. You also have no cycle support or decent recovery plan. Your asking for trouble here and tren will give it to you. List stats and goals and we can get you on the right path. Or do what you want and learn the hard way.
 
Stick to a rip stack of TestP 75mg, TrenA 75mg and Masteron 75mg EOD. Your masteron is your DHT compound. Add caber or Bromo to control Prolactin along with an AI and N2guard for support. PCT ah you know what to do.

1-8 Anavar 60 mg/ed
or
1-8 Mast Prop 150mg/eod

1-8 Caber .25 mg eod
1-8 N2Guard
5-8 HCGenerate

9-12 Unleashed/Post Cycle
9-12 D-AA

You should change your diet and training routine & forget about juice for a while...

Post your diet and training split.
