Well, I guess the real question is, does anybody buy into the concept of spot injection? Does it really work?

spot injection doesn't work IMO... I only do it in arms, for example, to change up injection sites...not for better gains in those specific areas

i believe it mildly expands the fascia if you keep hitting the same spot

and the scar tissue will be so pronounced that in a few years you'll be pushing that needle through layers of newspaper that actually makes a scrunching noise when pierced
