I think you only actually absorb 8mg out of the 50. My friend was a pharm rep and he ganked a bunch from a urologist's office. Said he didn't feel much different but got itchy nips. I've used Androgel and it worked. It's like $250 for 2 weeks though.

Convert it to an injectable, if it's esterified it will be easie, if not you'll have to go with a suspension.

I know people were using PLO gel for transdermal back in the day.
