Sorry for another one of those questions for a friend, but someone wants to run some test along with their calorie deficient diet in order to aid fat loss and prevent muscle loss. They have sus 250 and primotestin(250mg amps)available. Which would be best. They are not looking for gaining size really, just trying to slim down and maintain gains. Lifts with low weight and high reps 4x week, cardio 5x week (1.5 mile speed tread run alternated with 3 mile slower paced run, appx 1000-1300 calorie deficient diet. He is probably 5'11-6', around 240lbs and I'd guess 19-22% bf. He was around 300 about a year ago and has plateau somewhat.
Which would be best and dosage? Again, he's just looking for an aid and possibly some strength gain, but prefers no additional weight gain.
