Test E. TIRED?

Well this is my first cycle ever and I'm on my 4-5th week of 500mg/week split to 250 on Wed. & Sun. My question is why am I getting so tired? Is it in my mind or what because I know its not my diet or my sleeping schedule cuz I get 9-10 hrs of sleep a night. The problem is I'm like always wanting to lay down and take a nap even after a 10hr sleep! And once I literally drag myself to the gym, and get my heart beating faster and warmed up I tear the gym apart and feel better but the whole day leading up to the gym is like torture with no energy... What do you guys think it is? I'm at the heaviest I've ever been in my life which is 190lbs from 170 being my highest natural. My face is very noticeably getting bloated but other than that I'm still very lean because I am a hard gainer. Any input will be appreciated.:xeye::xeye:
 
do u feel like u got the flu? cuz it's a common side from test. try some vitamin c like twice a day of 1000mg each it'll help u if that's the case.
 
some vitamin b complex, and a multi vit. early in the morning will help too
 
somethimes the more you sleep the more tired u feel and want to sleep more try getting just 8 hours of sleep for a week and see how you feel.
 
I don't have the test flu... I had it the first time I ever injected and that was it for about a week. I'm lifting heavier and very strong at the gym than ever but just to hit the gym I have to drag myself there and I feel so tired that I keep lying down... which I dont usually do.
 
Defiantly take plenty of vit c and b complex. Also i find NOExplode really helps me.

Anyway, In the few weeks that you have been on youve gained alot of weight and a few pounds can affect your sleep if your prone to sleep Apnea. Do you snore at all? If so go for a sleep study cuz you have obvious upper airway issues.

Also if your putting the work in and your body is growing at a faster than normal rate your body is gonna need more sleep to repair those muscles and your gonna be getting a lot more stage 3 while asleep and that alone can make you feel groggy as hell. Toddlers do the same thing when they hit a growth spurt.

A few tips:
1: Go for a sleep study if you can.
2: If you wake to an alarm clock and feel groggy, try adjusting the time 10 min forward or backward until you feel better(reason is you might be getting woke up in stage 3)
3: Melatonin
4: Make damn sure when you sleep it is 99% dark in your room and quiet as hell. I suggest blackout cloth on the windows for EVERYONE.

No I'm not taking any anti e's just str8 test e. Thanks saber for the suggestions... maybe I'm not drinking enough water? I drink a whole lot while workin out but I dunno if it adds to a gallon or more throughout the day. Also I jerk off after I get home from workin out everyday... dunno I get horny haha maybe thats the problem? emtying all my juice
 
I dunno man..

I'm on 200mgs testosterone cypionate every 2 weeks...

I get off (jerk off or fuck girlfriend) 3-5 times per day most days.. and then still usually have plenty of energy.. (I'm normally kind of like that, though..)

Can you be sure what you have is test? It effects everyone a little different, but I don't see why it would make you tired..
