"person with congestive heart failure has a heart that no longer pumps as efficiently as it should. The reduced efficiency of the body's pump can cause the blood, and the water it carries, to build up in the lower extremities, causing edema. A short list of other things that can cause swelling of the legs include liver, kidney or lymphatic disorders, blood clots, insect bites, bacterial infections, malnutrition, allergies, and of course pregnancy."

How do you feel in the mornings?

This could be from a lot of things. I have some EMT training so the first thing I think about is the heart. That being said I could be completely wrong.

I would definitely get it checked out. How is your blood pressure?

I dont know man, my feet and ankles are looking pretty fucking fat. Gona go to CVS tomorrow and check with BP machiene. Couldnt even get my Timberlands on.

I can't fit my arm into those damn things. But pharmacy near me has one of those cheesey little clinics inside. The nurse there is always bored and more than happy to use the cuff. Let us know your #

Where did I say that - if your going to suggest that's shitty advice you should read what I wrote first. I said a real doc would be unable to tell by looking, only a lab test will show the cause. How do you think one would go about getting lab tests done - through a doctor!

Um, yeah. It's called sarcasm. I said seeing a real doctor was shitty advice (because there are "a lot of armchair doctors" here). See? Sarcasm. I was REALLY saying that seeing a real doctor would be the best course.

You said, "not even a doctor could tell you by looking."

Then you said, "When I stand all day at work my ankles swell - shitty for me - my heart must have failed....BS.[Gee, that sounds like sarcasm!] You're tougher than you think. Get an aromatase inhibitor."

So, you can see (hopefully) by that how I (or any reasonable person) could think you were saying that he need not see a doctor, rather he is tougher than he thinks (tougher than a heart attack!), and that he only need get an aromatase inhibitor.

Lot of armchair doctors here is right! Just like the ones who tell people what anabolics they should take, in what doses and for how long. I guess we're all a bit guilty, huh?

Agreed.

Sarcasm is the most misunderstood type of humour.

Did you ever get your shoes on bro?

yeah, lol. wasnt as bad today. seems to go down while I sleep. Still sweating like a pig at night and the sweat leaves behind a distinct "period" smell. Like a used tampon or pad. Its gota be the estrogen. I never got a chance to run to CVS to do the BP. My wife has an at home machiene but the cuff won't fit around my giant 18 inchers. For my next cycle (2nd cycle) Id like to run some EQ at 400 mg a week and test E or C at 250.

Having smelly sweat is a sign of inadequate water intake. Urea builds up in your body and comes out as ammonia in sweat and in breath. Coupling that with your bloat, I'd suggest adding a few more pints to your daily intake.
