Quit taking whatever it is you're taking. Your body can't handle it. That is a clear sign of congestive heart failure. Go see a cardiologist and get your ticker checked out. Tell them your feet and ankles are swelling and they'll know exactly what to do. Do a search on congestive heart failure on WebMD or just google it and see if you have any other symptoms that you may have just been blaming on the hormones.

i have to agree w/jevans....you could have any number of problems (besides just water retention--never had it that bad from anything inckuding a.bomb.s)-none of which are good.

"person with congestive heart failure has a heart that no longer pumps as efficiently as it should. The reduced efficiency of the body's pump can cause the blood, and the water it carries, to build up in the lower extremities, causing edema. A short list of other things that can cause swelling of the legs include liver, kidney or lymphatic disorders, blood clots, insect bites, bacterial infections, malnutrition, allergies, and of course pregnancy."

Other Causes:

Eating a poor diet high in salt and carbohydrates
Abusing laxatives
Abusing diuretics
Abusing drugs
Taking birth control or hormone replacement therapy pills
Pregnancy and PMS
Sodium retention
Varicose veins and history of phlebitis
Allergic reactions
Neuromuscular disorders
Trauma
dehydration
excessive alcohol intake
restricted circulation

Techniques to help decrease swelling:

Increase muscle activity with walking.
Avoid standing in place for long periods of time.
Avoid sitting with the feet dependent.
Limit salt intake.
Do not abuse diuretics, but a short-term course may be helpful.
Do not abuse laxatives.
Drink plenty of water.
Avoid contraceptive pills and hormone replacement therapy if possible.
Use a compressions pump to help fluid return to the blood vessels.

Testosterone, estrogen, etc...can cause fluid retention in the extremities such as the feet and ankles. My thought would be that if your BP is high, then see a doctor because there would be a better possibility of congestive heart failure. It isn't a heart attack, but it is a weakening of the heart and it's ability to send enough oxygen and blood to the extremities and these can lead to a heart attack later. If this does concern you then you really should see a doctor. I'm not a doctor but I have done diagnostic work for doctors in pathology as well as offering them the best treatments for patients. Just keep an eye on BP, any irregular heart beats, and use your best judgment.

Hey thanks for the advice Darko. Yeah I believe it to be water retention. Which is actually a normal side of Testosterone. Think an AI would help this? Not that its really a big deal anyway. I am sweating at night while I sleep though and the next day the sheets smell klike a used tampon. Im thinking its the estrogen im sweating out. Im kinda moody too.

Sweating is very common for people who have untreated blood pressure issues. Arimidex is good to use for water bloat while on a cycle, but find out what your blood pressure is first. I don't think it is possible to sweat the estrogen out though.

Hey bro interesting argument you started here. lol. Everybodys different this could simply be a reaction to test. For me personally I would see a doctor if anything swelled while I knew I had a history of high blood pressure thats all im saying bro, its worth checking out, it probably aint shit but if it was to be and your catching it early then all would be well.
