Back here for a quick question.
I am ending my 3rd week of planned 10 weeks of 500mg/week and Eq 400mg/week.
I am also trying to carb cycling, eating around my tdee(2800). Below find an example of my last week protocol:

My height it 5’11” and weight started with 198 pounds, now 3 weeks after I am with 210 pounds and looking like more than 20% bf. Also I suspected that this could be estrogen and started using exemestane 25mcg eod, but my libido went to the floor. So I concluded that it is probably not water due to estrogen.
I am assuming that I am getting too fat, but I really think that my calorie/macro intake is out. So, if you have any thoughts, please, feel free to help me.
