Test Deconate

I use it all the time for TRT and I use higher potencies-500 for blasts. (4 to 10 week duration)
I like it very much. The brand that I use is painless even at 500...GC.
To me the nice thing about the long ester is that I only need to shoot 1x/week and thats nice.
As for sides, I dont get any. My thinking on that is that the long ester comes on more slowly and is not such an assult to my system.
At any rate I like it, I use it, I will continue to use it and I would very highly recommend Test Deconate to anybody and everybody.
With proper inject technique even at 500 I get no lumps, bumps or brusing and no pain during or afterwards at all.
To me this is the nice way to do Test!

If you were running it in a cycle and not for TRT purposes, what would you suggest for duration?

The cycle duration of it would be the same as something like Test Enanthate (10-14 wks). The deconate ester is a little longer acting than enanthates but only by a week or so. PCT with Test Deconate would start about 3 wks after the last injection where as Test Enanthate would start about 2 wks after last injection.
No ones proven that testosterone can aromatize while it's esterified.
Basically, esterified test stays in your adipose tissue, slowly releasing into your bloodstream. The rate at which it releases is dependent on the ratio of water solubilty to oil solubility.
Once in the bloodstream, esterase enzymes cleave the ester and leave the base testosterone. At that point it's identical to the body's natural testosterone where it can activate anabolic/androgen receptors, or convert to estrogen or DHT. It has has about 30 minutes (on average) at that point before it hits the liver and is deactivated.
So based on the theoretical mechanism, longer ester test should not convert to estrogen any more than short ester test.
Then again, everything is not 100% scientifically understood so there could be other mechanisms involved.

Good point but from ur own experience wouldn't u say that cyp aromatizes more than prop mg for mg? The release from the ester isn't very well understood in detail as u urself states.
My belief is that since test-prop has a half-life of 3 days and test-cyp has a half-life of 4.5 days, you get more stable blood levels by injecting prop EOD than by inject cyp twice weekly.
The higher peaks from the cyp injection schedule are resposible for the more pronounced estrogen sides. Someday I should try injecting cyp or enanthate EOD and see if I'm right.

I usually inject test e eod since it is always part of whatever poking regimen i'm running at the time. I still feel that difference.
