test, deca, puffy nips

Im going on test 600mg and deca 450 mg a week for 10 weeks t-bol kick start and winny from 7-12. I need to know a good pct and ai for on cycle to keep puffy nips away. For pct im thinking clomid and hcg will be fine but do you think .5mg of arimidex will be fine or will arommasim at 12.5mg ed be better?

Doesn't really matter, just personal preference.
.5 and 12.5 are good starting dosages for the respective compounds.
You may want to have letro and or dost on hand as well.

Since Deca and Winny don't aromatize, you will primarily be worried about Test. I feel you need estrogen in the body for maximum mass so I prefer just to block the breast receptors with Nolva. Clomid is also a moderate estrogen-receptor blocker and by itself may be able to do the trick-but 600mg of test is kind of high. I agree with Mac. Most AI's are pretty similar and the doses you have chosen are fine.

Bro first of all....deca aromatizes its also a progesterone...and your telling him to take nolvadex...thats gonna make problems worse...you run the risk of progesterone gyno when you run deca, especially at a higher dosage like that...the estrogen from the test could actually activate the progesterone gyno from the deca....

Here is what I would start with...personally arimidex blows...even at 2mg ED...AIFM works better for me but you could go with 12.5-25mg ED aromasin...I would keep letro on hand if things get crazy

No flame, Enacer, but rest assured I know my stuff. Technically, if you are refering to hydroxylation of the Nandrolone, then yes it does aromatize. However, the resultant compounds are NOR-estrogens, which are much less effective at stimulating estrogen receptors than estrogen SO for all practical purposes, the net effect is NIL. And yes, Deca is a progesterone stimulator (BTW so is Tren, many times more than Deca!) NO AI is needed for either compound. I said take the NOLVA for the TEST. Aromasin may work for you but I would NEVER advise it unless you were gyno prone or cutting. Thanks for keeping me on my toes, though.

thanks guys, i stay away from nolve because of the deca and previousley being on tren but i think a-dex at1mg eod should be fine...
